Desi superhero saves the earth from the bad guys

In the first half of the trailer, the superhero is not serious abut his powers.

He tries to save a child in a burning building, but ends up with his hand on fire. The Flying Jatt, with his fear of heights flies down into a police jeep and gets his cape stuck to it. Also, he is chased down by the dogs and runs for his life. But when the bad guy Kay Kay Menon unleashes monster Nathan Jones on the world, the Flying Jatt trains hard and utilizes the power and grit of the superhero to fight the evil on land, beneath the water, in the skies, and even on the moon and saves the world.

While Jacqueline Fernandez sizzles in the dance numbers with Tiger, Shraddha Kapoor plays a ‘small and a sweet’ cameo in the movie. The audience can enjoy both the action and comedy in A Flying Jatt.

Superheroes in Indian cinema

Before Tiger Shroff, the stalwarts of Indian cinema, Shahrukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, and Abhishek Bachhan have played the role of superheroes in Indian cinema.

While Hrithik Roshan was depicted as Krish, Shahrukh played the role of superhero G.One in the movie Ra.One and Abhishek Bachhan was shown in the avatar of Drona. But, no one can deny the impact of the first TV superhero of India, Mukesh Khanna as Shaktiman on the young kids of the late 90’s.

Title of the movie changed from A Flying Sikh to A Flying Jatt

Though the title of the movie was decided as A Flying Sikh, subsequently it was changed to A Flying Jatt. As the iconic sprinter, Milkha Singh is also known as the Flying Sikh of India, the producer of the movie wanted to avoid further legal conflicts and judiciously changed the title to A Flying Jatt. But, Tiger still plays the character of a superhero in a turban, a first in the Indian cinema. The movie is slated to be released on the 25th of August.
