When The Voice 2015 continued Nov. 23 from Los Angeles, the top 11 contestants sang again for America's votes and comments from super star mentors Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Pharrell Williams. Early results gathered from the iTunes top 200 chart following the conclusion of the west coast broadcast of the show revealed that two hopefuls had already earned iTunes bonuses, while two others were primed to hop into the top 10 prior to the 9 AM close of the week's voting window on Nov. 24.
The iTunes bonus winners
Earning field-best placement with herversionof Taylor Swift's Blank Space was Team Adam's Amy Vachal.
The former lacrosse player's cover ranked fourth on the iTunes chart with nearly 10 hours of voting time remaining. The iTunes bonus is Vachal's second of the season; she previously earned one for her Nov. 16 cover of Drake's Hotline Bling.
Also scoring a vote multiplier was Team Adam's Jordan Smith, whose cover of Who You Are held the 10-spot on the chart as of press time. The Kentucky native has earned a total of three iTunes bonuses to date and is widely regarded as season nine's contestant to beat.
Two other contestants were on the brink of climbing into the top 10 as of press time. Team Blake's Emily Ann Roberts' cover of The Judds' Why Not Me ranked 14th, while Team Pharrell's Madi Davis ranked 15th with Love is Blindness.
