The Buffalo Bills made some bold moves by moving up in the 2018 NFL draft. They moved from 12 to seven in the draft with a trade with the Tampa Bay Bucs. They chose Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen. Allen known for his big arm led Wyoming to an 8-5 record, throwing for 5,066 yards and 44 Touchdowns. Being in Western New York off of Lake Erie the weather in Buffalo is always brutal in the winter. Having a big frame and a rocket for an arm, Allen should fit right in.

The Bills have had their share of bad luck, losing four Super Bowls in a row in the 90s.

Not to mention a 20-year playoff drought. That was broken last year when quarterback Tyrod Taylor and running back LeSean McCoy led them to a 9-7 record, landing the Bills a wildcard spot in the playoffs against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Being a member of Bills Mafia and a fan my whole life the end of the playoff drought was a tear-jerking experience to sat the least.

The quarterback question in Buffalo

The quarterback question been one that has been rocky, to say the least. Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly was the last so-called franchise quarterback the Bills had. They had their ups and downs with J.Losman, Trent Edwards, and fan favorites Doug Flutie and Ryan Fitzpatrick. They both had decent years in Buffalo, and Drew Bledsoe took his crack at the QB caracal to no avail also.

With a new head coach Sean McDermott and new owners the Pegula's, the face of the franchise has changed. McDermott who is the former defensive coordinator of the Carolina Panthers has brought a new toughness to the Bills. Veteran Kyle Williams who has been through the playoff drought leads a young defense that has their hands full being in the AFC east were the New England Patriots led by coach Bill Belichick and Super bowl MVP Tom Brady have been the top dog for many seasons.

Shady McCoy still anchors the offense

Trading Tyrod Taylor to the Cleveland Browns the Bills need Josh Allen to learn quickly under offensive coordinator Brain Daboll and newly acquired veteran quarterback AJ McCarron. This is so the offense can put up some points to keep pace with the other offensive heavy teams in the NFL.

Being a Bills fan my whole life I am used to the 7-9 and 8-8 seasons.

My brothers and I at Bills Mafia have been through heartache and losing seasons long enough. Its time for the Bills to make a run deep into the playoffs and put the years of pain behind us. I believe in the new revolution of the NFL. If you want to take a knee, take a knee during the national anthem - it's your choice. Just remember the people who fought and died for the flag.
