The Duchess Of Cambridge did not reveal any updates about her third child when it was announced in September. Now, Kate Middleton made her first public appearance since the news came out, which gives us a glimpse of the baby bump.
According to Daily, the Duchess did not attend any events since August 30. It was fortunate that she got to join her husband, Prince William, and brother-in-law, Prince Harry. They hosted the Buckingham Palace reception that marks the World Mental Health event. She made an appearance donning a powder blue lace dress by Temperley London worth $1049.
But what caught the attention of many is the dress that skimmed her baby bump.
Kate Middleton’s condition
Daily revealed that Middleton was out to take rest for six weeks. Once again, Middleton experienced a severe morning sickness condition that she also had when carrying Prince George and Prince Charlotte. This led to the palace’s announcement of the Duchess’ pregnancy earlier than planned.

Daily revealed that she is still suffering from the condition called hyperemesis gravidarum.
Despite this, her condition is slowly improving. Kate Middleton reportedly insisted on attending the event because the cause is close to her heart. While experiencing such a severe condition, she showed up looking radiant and displayed the royal fighting spirit. The guests at the event praised her as well, including Dr. Nicola Byrom of the charity Student Minds, who said, “She is amazing.
What a fighter that she is here.”
Will the Duchess return to full royal duty?
As of now, the Kensington Palace has not reveal Kate’s due yet. They are hoping for the Duchess to pass the 12-week date to confirm lesser risks of miscarriage. She is set to appear in some selected events but her capability to do the full-time royal duties remains unpublicized.
In the photos revealed, the Duchess cheerfully greeted the guests alongside her husband and brother-in-law.
There were 350 guests in the event, which included model Adwoa Aboah, Dame Esther Rantzen, and Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg. The president of the charity, Stephen Fry, also expressed his gratitude about Kate’s determination to attend the event.
World Mental Health
Stephen Fry shared that to conduct the event at the Buckingham Palace added more significance to the cause. It compels the society to focus on vital issues like mental health. Furthermore, Fry believes that the young royal line, Prince Harry, Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton, made an “extraordinary achievement” to support the 25th anniversary of World Mental health day.
