Almost all celebrity marriages have an expiration date and it's become quite annoying seeing all those beautiful, successful, rich people ruining the sacrament of marriage. It gets much worse when the children are involved, and such divorces happen quite often. Divorce of the ordinary people is much easier to understand because their days are filled with the real-life struggle and often people are just not strong enough. But what is wrong with the celebrities who have it all served on their plate? We will never understand.
We have another actor joining the divorced list and that is David Schwimmer.
Schwimmer and his wife Zoe Buckman announced their break up after seven years of marriage. They say that despite everything that is going on between them, they are both focused on the well-being of their five-year-old daughter Cleo.
Daughter Cloe is number one priority
Best known for his role of Ross in the popular TV show "Friends“, this 50-year-old actor said that he and his wife must agree on the future of their relationship. Reconciliation is not excluded, but after ten years of being together, they realized that they started to move away and they have to work extra hard in order to save the marriage.
The soon-to-be ex-couple also said that this will be very hard for their daughter Cloe because she is used to living in a happy family.
Both of them are willing to take an extra effort to make things easier for the girl because she is their number one priority.
Zoe helped David deal with pressure
The couple met back in 2007 when Schwimmer was directing the romantic comedy "Run". After things started to get serious Buckman moved from the UK to Los Angeles. She helped David cope with a life crisis.
Allegedly, he had a very hard time dealing with his fame. At one point, he even said that because of that he cannot do his job the way he would want to.
Observing other people was part of David's job. He often went out on the street and just observed people's behavior, and that helped him improve his acting skills. However, being famous made this impossible.
He had to hide all the time, which put a lot of pressure on him. Eventually, the pressure affected David's relationship with all other people close to him. That is when Zoe stepped in and helped him get out of that situation, and they’ve been together ever since. That is why we hope that they will come to their senses and this won't be the end of them.
