Ivanka Trump is once again in hot water for suggesting the introduction of tech education to kindergartners. In her op-ed for the New York Post, the first daughter laid down the reasons and figures that would prove that it is high time to start teaching tech in kindergarten.

The adviser to the U.S. president emphasized the increasing demand for employees with computer skills in the feature.

"It is imperative that all of our students, including women and minorities, have access to computer-science education," she explained.

She even promised to work closely with the Education and Labor departments to provide the best education for children to equip them with the skills and prepare them to enter the job market. "Every unemployed, under-employed or discouraged American worker deserves a ladder to financial security and success," the first daughter stated.

Twitter reacts to Ivanka's NYP op-ed

Her op-ed, however, received mixed reactions from both critics and supporters of the current administration.

Some of the detractors made a reference to the recent email scandal that involved Ivanka Trump and husband jared kushner.

Politico was the first to report their alleged exchange of emails with White House officials using their personal email accounts. It further stated that officials are now looking into the emails associated with the top advisers to the U.S. president.

Ivanka and Jared's email scandal

The unfolding email scandal involved the use of the couple's private domain where hundreds of emails were sent and received since January. The publication added that these emails went directly to an account Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner had access to.

The account was allegedly set up back in December, a month before Donald Trump took the office as the U.S.

president.

It further stated that the exchange of emails included "nonpublic travel documents, internal schedules and some official White House materials" which were mostly sent from Ivanka Trump, her assistant Bridges Lamar and other White House staffers who work for her and Jared Kushner.

Another report accused the first daughter of communicating with government employees using her personal account back in February. Although she was not appointed to the White House until March, Ivanka Trump had been sitting in on meetings when the exchange of emails took place.

A White House spokesperson said Ivanka Trump had her reasons for using a private email that time, one of which was to "ensure that she would have access to government-issued communications devices and receive an official email account to protect government records."
