While this issue is still being investigated, the American President took to his Twitter account to say that many of the "leaks" from White House were "fake news."

United States President Donald Trump came back to America on Saturday after a nine-day long trip to Israel, Saudi Arabia, and Italy and right after his visit ended he is faced with this controversy.

The 'New York Times' was first to report that Kushner also met a close aide of Putin and chairman of a bank Sergey Gorkov in a 30-minute long meeting last year in December. It was claimed that not only was Kushner looking forward to establishing back channel communication with the Russian ambassador to the U.S.

but he also wanted to gain access to the Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Jared Kushner is married to Donald Trump's 35-year-old daughter Ivanka, and the couple has three children together.
