The image in question was posted to Twitter on Saturday. It shows a smug-looking Donald Trump Jr., posing by the pool with a luxury mansion in the background and pointing with both hands in a Fonz-like fashion at a green t-shirt. As noted by the New York Post, the front of that shirt proudly announces the words “Very Fake News.” While it’s normally Donald Trump Sr. doing the mainstream criticism of the MSM, it seems this might be a genetic trait.

It seems his son is carrying on his legacy in the form of a new poolside clothing style.

Poolside pose by Donald Trump Jr.

According to a report by Mashable, Trump Jr. was relaxing in Florida with the rest of the Trump family when he posed for the shot. In the image, the 39-year-old models the t-shirt along with the comment that he’s going to have to buy 5-10,000 of them to pass out to their buddies in the mainstream media. However, he says, in the meantime, he’s modeling it for them, spouting the hashtag #yourewelcome.

Twitter takes to Photoshop to improve on Trump Jr.’s shirt

He should have known better, as almost immediately the brightest, and most talented Photoshop users on the social media platform instantly had loads of fun.

They even went so far as to create a new line of poolside wear for Trump Jr.

User Matt Binder, commenting that it is a very nice shirt, creatively changed the background of the wording to include an image of Trump Sr. while Twitter user Jason Baum came up with a slightly different slogan on the green t-shirt. With the caption suggesting that “Donnie Jr.” is planning to buy 5000-10,000 new buddies, he wrote on the shirt the words, “If my dad wasn’t rich I’d be screwed.”

Always keeping the Russian issue in mind, user Sir Gumbeaux agreed with Binder, but changed the t-shirt entirely to display an image of a bare-chested President Vladimir Putin, endowed with angel wings and sporting the word “besties.”

Twitter user It’s Zeke!

said he had "fixed it" by coming up with another slogan, reading, “Do you love me yet Daddy?” while Jordan Archer kept things simple by cropping the image to take out the word “news.”

However, probably the best tweet of all came from Seth Grahame-Smith, who mentioned in his message that North Korea is threatening nuclear war, there are 43 million Americans living in poverty and also the fact that his dad is currently under FBI investigation, ending with the words “Cool shirt though.”

There is no word as yet as to whether Trump Sr. has noticed the outpouring on Twitter. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
