Not long after Donald Trump announced his candidacy for president, he was accused of being "racist." While Trump has continued to deny the allegations, some of his supporters have made it difficult to completely ignore the charges.

During his campaign announcement back in June 2015, Donald Trump was hit with instant backlash after referring to illegal immigrants from Mexico as "rapists" and "murderers." From that point forward, allegations of "racism," "sexism," and other forms of prejudice have been stuck on the former host of "The Apprentice." Despite vowing to be the "president of all Americans," Trump received just eight percent of the African-American vote last November, though that number is higher than previous Republicans running for president.
With Trump's election win, tension has only increased in the United States, as it's become common place for supporters of the president to clash with those who oppose him. Last week during a pro-Trump rally at UC Berkeley, a local reporter clashed with a supporter of the president, who went off on a racist rant about "black supremacy." Raw Story reported further on March 8.

In a video that was captured during the event, an older man wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat was seen pointing his finger in the face of a young female reporter. The unidentified Donald Trump supporter attempted to argue that there is black supremacy in many aspects of the United States, with a special focus being put on basketball.
"No, not white," the man said. "We have Black Supremacists in basketball because they play basketball better than we do," he continued, before asking repeatedly, "right?"

The video was taken during the aforementioned pro-Trump rally, titled "March 4 Trump." The event quickly escalated into violence as anti-Trump protesters clashed with supporters, with many fans of the president being left battered and bruised, including another old man being pepper sprayed in the face.

Donald Trump never offered a comment about the rally, which took place just weeks after students at UC Berkeley prevented controversial former Breitbart News editor Milo Yiannopoulos from speaking at the university. The protests during the Milo event turned into a riot, which resulted in over $100,000 in damage to the campus.
