On Valentine's Day, the famous Fontainbleau Miami Beach will offer (not just for Valentine's Day, but the entire month of February), various romantic activities because February is creative romance month. On Valentine's Day, each restaurant will offer price-fixed menus for couples to enjoy some of the best food in the region. Creative Romance month is part of a calendar list of unofficial holidays celebrated throughout the year where lovers are motivated to stimulate the romantic part of their brains and souls in different ways. Finally, it is to do things outside of the regular yearly routine for Valentine's Day and be creative in celebrating a marriage, a young love, and/or the strong bond of family.

At Strip Steak by Michael Mina, the offer is a $200 price-fixed menu (excluding tax and gratuity) that spans four courses --the first course is an Oyster and Shrimp cocktail with a champagne mignonette, followed by a Baby Beet salad with blue cheese, apples, candied hazelnut, and Acacia honey. The whirlwind of tastes in the first two courses gets blown up with the third course of Chateaubriand (for two) with truffle Mac and Cheese, crispy brussels sprouts and béarnaise sauce, and finally, ending with a decadent Milk chocolate mousse bar with caramelized banana ice cream. Scarpetta is offering a four course, price-fixed menu for $150 per couple (excluding tax and gratuity).
The first course is an amuse bouche of Rose beets and Goat cheese, spaghetti with tomato and basil, roasted beef Tenderloin Oscar with asparagus and chasseur sauce, and Lemon-Thyme ricotta fritters with milk chocolate cremeux and mango champagne.
Promotions for Creative Romance month
- Scarpetta will offer a sommelier-led chocolate and champagne tasting every Thursday from 6:00pm-6:30pm at $30 per person which covers a trilogy of champagnes with three chocolate pralines that are handcrafted in-house by the Fontainbleau's elite chocolatiers.
- Chez Bon Bon, the coffee and patisserie shop, will offer sweet treats such as Dark Chocolate-strawberry cake, the "My Heart" petit gateaux -- sponge cake with fresh raspberries and vanilla Bavarian cream. Also cake pops, cupcakes, and pralines.
- Then, every Saturday starting at 7:00pm, Strip Steak by Michael Mina will over a private cabana dinner for $500 per couple, with a delicious four course meal under the stars.
