Epic Games has officially rolled out “Fortnite’s” week two challenges for season 5 as players are once again in pursuit of a yet to be revealed skin similar to the previous season’s Blockbuster skin. Now that players are well aware of this intel, data miners probably thought that this could be the right time to reveal the next set of challenges slated for week three.

A couple of data miners - @fortnite_leaks and @ToxicWave3 recently took to Twitter to reveal “Fortnite” battle royale’s week three challenges. According to the recent tweet, these challenges are:

  • Deal damage to passenger vehicles (1,000)
  • Destroy specific targets (target and its required number are not yet added in the game files)
  • Use a launchpad (1)
  • Search chests in Fatal Fields (7)
  • Follow the map in Flush Factory (1)
  • Explosive eliminations (3)
  • Eliminate opponents in Haunted Hills (3)

The leak did not indicate which of these challenges are free and which ones would require the Battle Pass.

It is also worth noting that this roster of quests is still subject to change.

Another data miner, known as @Fortnitee_Leaks, also posted the same set of missions. He even had a screenshot of that week’s treasure map as he claims that the treasure is somewhere at Flush Factory. “Fortnite” fans were quick to point out though that the map was supposed to be in week two, but the leaker explained that there was some sort of a mix up that happened.

Season 5 week two challenges

As mentioned, week two's challenges were revealed to “Fortnite” players.

For the uninitiated, the tasks are:

  • Deal damage with Assault Rifles to opponents (1,000)
  • Search seven ammo boxes in a single match (7)
  • Eliminate opponents in Paradise Palms (3)
  • Score a basket on different hoops (5)
  • Search chests in Loot Lake (7)
  • Search between an oasis, rock archway, and dinosaurs (1)
  • Sniper Rifle eliminations (2)

Be reminded though, that the first three tasks are free while the rest require a Battle Pass to be completed.

Forbes Erik Kain – who's also a YouTuber, even provided a short clip showing the location of week two's hidden Battle Star (sixth challenge). Going by the minute-long video, the prize is above the small stream where the bigger mesa is located.
