"Fortnite Battle Royale" has come a long way since its release in late September last year. It is currently one of the most popular video games, and it seems that it will keep attracting new players as the game developer keeps releasing big weekly updates. At the moment, the game has over 40 million players, but it will most likely hit the 50-million mark before the end of the month.
This year alone, Epic Games has released four new weapons for "Fortnite Battle Royale." The year started with a Suppressed Pistol release, followed by a Minigun and a Crossbow shortly after.
The fourth new weapon added to the game this year was a Hand Cannon, and if the latest leak is true, the game developer will release many new lethal items this year.
Leaked weapons
"Fortnite Battle Royale" players first saw the leak at fnbr.co website as the new items appeared in game files. These items were added with the latest patch, and they will most likely be added to the game. Previous leaks from this website have been true, but there is still no guarantee that the game developer will add these new items.

The first weapon in the image is a grenade, and it looks like a gas grenade that could do damage over time. Right next to it is a submachine gun which could be added soon to replace the regular submachine gun that was moved to the Vault.
The weapon in the top right corner is apparently an air-strike laser, and players will most likely use it to tag a location for an air strike.
The first image in the second row looks like a C4 explosive, and its antenna indicates that it could be detonated remotely. Right next to it is a scoped rifle, which could another variant of the burst rifle.
Finally, there is a grenade launcher with the Easter Bunny that will probably shoot eggs instead of regular grenades. Considering that the game developer changed the grenade launcher during the Christmas event, it will most likely happen again next month.
It is important to note that these are not weapons from Save the World mode, so there is a good chance that Epic Games adds them soon.
Since Easter is just around the corner, we can expect the new-look grenade launcher to be added first.
Jetpack release
Jetpack release has been postponed for "Fornite Battle Royale" as the game developer found a design flaw in it. The item will be added to the game eventually, but Epic Games hasn't revealed any details about its new release date. In the meantime, there is a good chance that launch pad drop rates will be increased, so players will be able to move around the island much quicker.
