Rockstar Games might have a secret plan to release the wildly popular open-world action-adventure title,Gta 5 on Nintendo Switch. But that is if the latest information from a trusted source is anything to go by.

Recent reports now indicate that the studio might bring “GTA 5” to Nintendo’s hybrid console. This speculation stemmed from the same source who initially tipped people on NeoGAF that “L.A. Noire” will be launched on Switch.

Apparently, the neo-noir detective video game is now confirmed as Rockstar’s first title offering on a Nintendo gaming platform.

The HD re-release on Switch, PS4, and Xbox One is scheduled to take place on November 14.

GTA 5 is next?

The source who is only known on the game’s forum a Vern once again claimed that the current entry in the GTA franchise is coming next to Switch. The tipster commented on the NeoGAF thread and wrote, “patience.” The reply was directed to a fan who argued that “Grand Auto Theft 5” should be on the Nintendo Switch instead of “L.A. Noire.”

The source’s word is not anywhere close to confirming the release of the game on Switch. However, fans took it as another reliable hint from the same person who first revealed the developer’s first Switch title prior to the official news.

Back in May, 2K’s parent company Take-Two announced the game has already sold 80 million copies worldwide since 2013.

If the Switch version will come to fruition, the additional sales in units will possibly bring the count to 100 million.

New update adds NX-25

Meanwhile, a new update for “GTA Online” is now available. This week, players can buy the Buckingham Howard NX-25, a brand new plane to display on their hangars.

As Rockstar describes it, the Buckingham Howard NX-25 plane “combines all the classic beauty of the golden age of aviation with utterly blistering performance.” This sophisticated aerial vehicle is available to buy from Elitas Travel.

Bombushka Run mode

Gamers can also take advantage of bonuses for Bombushka Run. This new team-based mode pits a team of 4 players against another squad. One team needs to pilot the fully armed RM-10 Bombushka plane as the other tries to crash it down with the Buzzard Attack helicopters.

Players can have their chance to earn double GTA$ and RP rewards from this mode until October 2.

It is also worth noting that fans can take advantage of huge discounts on aerial fleets, and other stuff in the new weekly update for “GTA Online.”

"GTA 5" is currently available on Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS4, and Windows PC.
