Niantic is hosting a new "Pokemon Go" event in Europe. The company has announced that a lot of rare Pokemon will appear in various cities of the old continent. In the event, players and trainers will be able to capture new Ge 1 and Gen 2 Pokemon, as well as the Legendary birds newly introduced in the reality augmented game.
It is worth mentioning that there are rare Pokemon within the game that appear less frequently, and some regional ones found in individual countries.

Niantic Labs has identified a bug in the "Pokemon Go" app that causes problems when participating in the incursions. Specifically, it prevents the Premier Ball can capture the Pokemon having a catch rate close to 0%. That is, whenever we use one of these Poke Ball we will fail. The only way to adequately capture a Pokemon with this Ball is if we can make a critical throw. In this case, the glitch will not activate, but it is something unusual.
