Birthday cake pancakes

While you only have your special day once a year, you can still feel like it's your birthday with this birthday cake pancake. To make it, shares that you’ll need ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, one cup of yellow Cake Mix, one teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, 2 eggs, ¼ teaspoon of salt, ½ cups of buttermilk, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, ½ cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/3 cup of sprinkles.

Before you start, heat your non-stick skillet/griddle over medium heat while you mix the cake mix, flour, sugar, soda, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk before adding the vanilla, butter, and milk.

Mix the ingredients together before pouring them in with the dry ingredients and fold them until they’re fully mixed.
