With a truncated offseason this year, free agents flew off the board in amazingly quick fashion.
That doesnât mean that thereâs nobody left for teams to pick up. Here are 10 notable NBA free agents still on the market as of this writing. Players such as Jamal Crawford (played a total of six minutes last season) and Jeremy Lin (did not play in the NBA last season) were not included.
A list of all the players still available can be found at Spotrac.
Dewayne Dedmon
It was just last offseason that Dedmon signed a three-year, $40 million deal to join the Kings. He requested a trade after he lost his spot in the rotation, and he was traded to Atlanta where he averaged 8.1 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks in 10 games. He was traded to Detroit last month only to be released a few days later.
2020 free agents still unaccounted for as the month of November comes to an end include:

Anthony Davis
Chris Chiozza
Norvel Pelle
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson
Shaquille Harrison
Kyle Korver
Jordan McRae
Jordan McLaughlin
Dewayne Dedmon
Emmanuel Mudiay
Reggie Jackson
Shabazz Napier
Taj Gibson
Now an 11-year NBA veteran, Gibson spent much of the 2019-20 season as the starting center for the Knicks. Despite starting 56 of his 62 outings, he still averaged career-low averages of 6.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 16.5 minutes.
Taj Gibson would be a nice veteran presence to have as a backup in HOU. Still decent defensively at this age. Can still pick & pop from mid range. Wouldnât be a bad pickup to have as Boogie insurance. Iâd like the Rockets to add him or Ilyasova.

John Henson
Selected 14th overall in 2012, Henson has always proven to be one of the better shot blockers in the league. He has averaged 2.6 blocks per 36 minutes during his eight-year career.
Agreed! Kyle O'Quinn and John Henson are two quality bigs still out there.

Ersan Ilyasova
The 33-year-old Ilyasova is a 12-year-veteran who has connected on 36.5 percent of his career three-point tries. After the Bucks added Marvin Williams last season, Ilyasova saw a decline in playing time and was out of the rotation in the postseason.
Let's try this again ...

Brandon Knight
In 2014-15, Knight was considered one of the biggest snubs for the Eastern Conference All-Star team due to his play with Milwaukee. Injuries have helped to derail his career since then, but he did average 11.6 points and 4.2 assists in nine contests with Detroit last season after he was traded there by the Cavaliers.

âWe're extremely honored for this opportunity to come to the Vatican and share our experiences with @Pontifex. Emmanuel Mudiay
Mudiay hasnât quite lived up to the standards of a seventh overall pick which he was in 2015. He averaged a career-high 14.8 points in 2018-19 with the Knicks, but he averaged just 7.3 last year with Utah as his minutes were nearly cut in half from the previous season playing behind Mike Conley.

Shabazz Napier
The 29-year-old Napier started 32 of his 56 appearances with the Timberwolves and Wizards last season. In what was his sixth NBA season, his combined numbers with the two teams provided new career-highs across the board in scoring (10.3), assists (4.7), rebounds (2.8), and steals (1.2).
Answer: Shabazz Napier

All four choices were All-Americans at some point, but Shabazz was the most recent! https://t.co/WOYgUDQJ2z
Isaiah Thomas
It wasnât too long ago in 2016-17 when Thomas averaged 28.9 points, made the All-NBA Second Team, and finished fifth in MVP voting. A hip injury shelved him for some time in the following year, and he hasnât come close to reaching the heights of his breakout season (averaged 12.2 points for the Wizards in 2019-20). SLAM writes of how he truly believes he has his speed and burst back from that 2016-17 season.
God is so good!!! Never thought Iâd ever feel this good again. Thatâs how bad my shit was... Itâs GO time now. Time to turn the grind up even more!! đ

Dion Waiters
Last season was mostly a lost one for Waiters even though he ended up picking up a ring for being a member of the Lakers roster. He was suspended three times by the Heat before he was traded to the Grizzlies, who released him. He then joined the Lakers where he barely played, but the fourth overall pick in 2012 averaged 15.2 points in 2016-17 and 2017-18.
ASK IRA: Has Dion Waiters reached his end game? https://t.co/AStOFuJ89H pic.twitter.com/fHpbSZY42z
