Sunday (December 16) marked the WWE's 2018 TLC pay-per-view event. It featured matches with stipulations, as well as several with titles on the line. Below are five of the biggest winners in matches from Sunday's event.
Asuka wins SmackDown Women's title
"The Empress of Tomorrow" finally grabbed the championship she failed to win at "WrestleMania." Sunday's match served as main event for the PPV too, another great achievement for the women's division. Now, Asuka is likely to defend against fellow SmackDown opponents Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair.
Dean Ambrose wins WWE Intercontinental Title
Plenty of fans saw this one coming, since Dean Ambrose needs something after his return from injury. Rollins has been a great IC title holder, but the predictions now are that he'll ultimately face Brock Lesnar for the bigger title at Mania. Meanwhile, Ambrose adds another title reign as a heel.

RAW GM Baron Corbin loses TLC Match
He was up against "The Monster Among Men," Braun Strowman. Funnily enough, Strowman didn't need to do much work, because begrudged superstars came out to beat up Corbin for him. A simple foot on Corbin for the pinfall sealed his fate, as he's removed from RAW.

Daniel Bryan retains WWE Championship
Bryan was able to sneak away with a win at TLC, thanks to flipping Styles' roll up attempt. That keeps the title on Bryan, and seems as if it could finally give AJ Styles another entry into the Royal Rumble match.
Did @AJStylesOrg just make #TheNew @WWEDanielBryan ask for MERCY?

Ronda Rousey defends WWE Raw Women's Championship
Rousey's push continues, whether fans love or hate her. She may even have taken over some of the heat that Roman Reigns had, just for showing up to the ring. The expectation now, is that Rousey will probably end up facing Charlotte at the Royal Rumble and Becky Lynch at WrestleMania. Stay tuned.
