The concert by Elton John has been cancelled for now, but it will be postponed to another date, so it's not over with yet.
Amalie Arena say you can get a refund
If you planned on going but won't be able to attend the rescheduled date, you can still request a refund for your ticket at point of purchase.
It's fine to use your existing ticket for the concert
The ticket you purchased is fine to use for the rescheduled date. You won't need to exchange anything.
