5 NBA player performances from November 13

These five players put in major work on the courts to help their teams win on Tuesday.

There were just three games on the NBA schedule for Tuesday (Nov. 13) but still some mighty performances. Winners for the evening included the Cleveland Cavaliers over the Charlotte Hornets, the Houston Rockets over the Denver Nuggets, and the Golden State Warriors over the Atlanta Hawks. Here are the top five player performances for the evening.

Kevin Durant - Golden State Warriors

After a night marred by drama and a loss one day prior, Durant stepped up as his team was without Steph Curry and Draymond Green. KD scored 29 points, grabbed eight rebounds, and had three assists in the Warriors' win over Atlanta.

Jordan Clarkson - Cleveland Cavaliers

It hasn't been often that Cavs players show up on the top five. However, a smaller group of games combined with a Cavs' win can do that. Clarkson came off the bench on Tuesday to score 24 points. He also collected five rebounds and dished out a few assists as the Cavs defeated Charlotte.

Clint Capela - Houston Rockets

Capela was the leading scorer for the Rockets on a night where they grabbed a second-straight win. He scored 24 points on 11-for-15 shooting which included several nice dunks. Capela also had nine rebounds, two assists, and a block in the 109-99 win.

James Harden - Houston Rockets

The reigning NBA MVP isn't necessarily putting in those MVP performances this season, but he is showing his stuff. Tuesday night's performance saw him achieve a double-double. Harden dished out 11 assists and scored 22 points while also getting three steals.

Tristan Thompson - Cleveland Cavaliers

Thompson achieved a nifty double-double of 11 points and a whopping 21 rebounds on Tuesday night. He also had five assists. All of that helped as Cleveland picked up their second win of the season in a 113-89 rout of the Charlotte Hornets.
