DeMarcus Lawrence - Cowboys
Lawrence had a huge day for the Dallas Cowboys, with three sacks for 21 yards taken away from the Lions. In addition, he had a total of six tackles for a stellar defensive performance in the Cowboys' close win over Detroit, 26-24.

Jadeveon Clowney - Texans
Houston also grabbed a very close win, 37-34 over the Indianapolis Colts. Clowney was instrumental in this game, as he sacked Luck twice, had four tackles and four QB hits, as well as a recovered fumble. Not a bad outing for the former No. 1 pick!
#Texans DE/OLB Jadeveon Clowney is the only player to record 1.0 sack, two tackles for loss, one fumble recovery and one touchdown in a single game in the NFL this season #HOUvsIND pic.twitter.com/VX7ThMR2G7

Reggie Nelson - DB, Raiders
Nelson didn't have a ton of plays, but it was his play toward the end of regulation that was clutch. Baker Mayfield lobbed a deep pass down field to get his team in scoring position as time was running down. However, Nelson picked off the pass to stop the potential game-winning drive. That forced overtime, where his Raiders ultimately won, 45-42 over the Browns.

Khalil Mack - Bears
The Chicago Bears won the Mack sweepstakes and he's certainly paying dividends. In Sunday's big 48-10 victory, Mack had another sack to add to his season total. He also had four total tackles to help lead an inspired Bears defense. This could be the top defense in the NFL, so far, thanks to Mack's leadership.
Don't forget about Khalil Mack, who also recorded a sack and forced fumble for the fourth straight game 🐻 pic.twitter.com/WJhSXiPdUA

Trevor Williams - CB, Chargers
The Chargers were able to grab a 29-27 victory over the 49ers on Sunday. The game's top defensive star was easily Williams, who had eight total tackles, including seven on his own. In addition to that, he picked off one 49ers' pass in the red zone for an 86-yard interception. That put his team in scoring position in the third quarter. Not a bad day at all for the cornerback out of Penn State.
