The month of May offers mild weather, a perfect time to see scenic views. The park features lush forests, alpine rivers, dramatic canyons, gushing geysers, and hot springs. The park is best known for many geothermal features, like the world-famous Old Faithful geyser.
In addition, the park also home to wildlife and hundreds of animal species. These include elk, antelope, bears, and the popular American bison. The park also features numerous recreational opportunities, which include camping, boating, hiking, fishing, and sightseeing. During the cold winter, visitors can access the park using snowmobiles or by way of some guided tours.

The place also houses the federal government’s three main branches, the White House, the Capitol building, and the Supreme Court. Additionally, the place is also home to famous museums and some art venues. These include the Kennedy Center, Smithsonian Institution, and the National Museum of National History, Tivoli Theatre and more. Currently, Washington is one of the most visited places on earth, with over 20 million visitors each year.
