Kate Middleton may be part of the royal family, but the 36-year-old is just like a regular mom! The Duchess Of Cambridge, who is set to welcome her third child any day now, is said to be spending the final stretch of her pregnancy by preparing for her delivery. According to OK! Magazine, Kate Middleton has already packed her hospital bag ready for the big day. Here are the items that the soon-to-be mom-of-three is taking with her to St. Mary’s hospital, as dished out by a royal insider.

Candles, calming oils, and CDs

Apparently, Kate Middleton is big on aromatherapy and other items to relax her during labor.

According to the insider, Kate is a “huge fan of hypnobirthing” and has packed candles, essential oils, and calming music. Kate is also reportedly taking her Kindle and tablet, which have all her favorite books as well as “old Bette Davis movies.”

Aside from these soothing products, the Duchess also wants to feel pampered in the hospital. She’s included her favorite moisturizers in her hospital bag to make sure that her skin stays fresh after giving birth.

Sentimental Items

Kate Middleton also wants to feel her family’s presence inside her birthing suite and she has included a few sentimental knickknacks in her hospital bag. Among these are gifts from her two kids, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

According to the insider, the toddlers have sweetly packed their favorite playthings inside Kate’s hospital bag, to serve as “good luck toys” for their mom. Additionally, Kate Middleton is reportedly bringing a few personal items, such as photos of her parents, the Queen, and her siblings.

A gift from Queen Elizabeth

The source also revealed that Kate Middleton will also likely bring a "royal pendant" which she has also taken with her during her first two births.

The jewelry was actually a gift from her mother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth, and is made of a 19th-century alabaster cameo pendant.

"Kate actually takes a 19th-century alabaster cameo pendant the Queen gave her for good luck,” the source stated.

Kate Middleton will be giving birth at the Lindo Wing of St.

Mary’s hospital in London, where she also gave birth to her two older children. According to The Sun, the hospital has now enforced strict parking restrictions from April 9 to April 30, in preparation for the third royal baby's arrival. It is speculated that the Duchess’ exact due date is on April 23.

While Prince William and Kate Middleton have not revealed their child's gender, Kensington Palace confirmed that they will be announcing the royal birth via social media.
