The job requires employees to answer customers' questions by phone or when they contact Amazon through its website. Qualifications

Amazon will work with people such as students to accommodate their schedule.

Requirements

Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as being fluent in English. Computer skills are necessary, and one must be able to use the internet and know how to perform instant messaging while talking to customers.

It will help a great deal if candidates know how to help shoppers with their needs and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

Amazon will ship employees a headset and other equipment needed for the job to help customers.
