The newest bruhaha erupted over Thanksgiving pictures of Jill Duggar Dillard with what looks like a nose ring and Jana Duggar's "fake" smile. Some "Counting On" fans questioned while others defended the Duggars.
Jill Dillard gets nose job?
No, the celebrity of "19 Kids and Counting" did not have plastic surgery, but she did appear to have pierced her nose, according to some Facebook followers who saw what looked like a nose ring.
Other commenters chimed in that it was just a scab or pimple, while others didn't see the big deal either way. Jinger Duggar's husband Jeremy Vuolo has a tattoo which was problematic enough. Facial piercings would contradict the "Counting On" family's teachings. It's a wonder Michelle Duggar advises weight loss, makeup, and elaborate hair styling with her views on vanity.

Jill's husband Derick Dillard was recently deleted from "Counting On" after "homophobic" Twitter rants at transgender teen Jazz Jennings of TLC's "I Am Jazz." The unemployed dad of two started a GoFundMe to raise supplemental income but it's not doing too well. Some think it's a scam. Jill Dillard urged folks to give and then appeared in public for the first time wearing pants.
