She didn't have proof, but she knew her former friend would stage something for drama. Vicki claimed she had no idea that Ricky would be at the party, but a screenshot has surfaced. The picture is a conversation between Vicki and Ricky, where she's telling him that he can come to the party. According to a new tweet, Tamra Judge is now revealing that she isn't surprised to learn about the scheming.
