Meghan King Edmonds decided to text kelly dodd when the ladies were not filming "The Real Housewives of Orange County." She texted her because she had heard a rumor that Dodd was dating someone else, even though she was married to Michael. Kelly explained that she was upset that King Edmonds would question her marriage, especially since she had worked so hard on her relationship. King Edmonds didn't realize that her text would cause so much tension between them and she never expected to get the text that Jimmy Edmonds was cheating on her.

This drama played out on the first few episodes of this season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" and Meghan was clearly upset about everything.

While she didn't believe the story that Jimmy cheated on her, she did reveal that she never expected Kelly to fire back such harsh words about her marriage.

The two ladies hadn't worked out their issues but Meghan decided to stop by Dodd's home after her surgery to have a chat. According to a new report, Meghan King Edmonds is now revealing she's glad that they could work out their issues.

Never meant to cause hurt

Meghan explains that she never meant to cause any hurt or pain with her text message. Meghan King Edmonds merely meant to ask her about the boyfriend rumor, something that had surfaced in the press. However, Kelly took personal offense to the text message and they didn't speak for a while.

"I literally had no intention of ever hurting Kelly and I didn't want to allow this fight to go on and turn into us continually hurting one another. It was time to put it behind us before it snowballed out of control," Meghan King Edmonds explains in her Bravo blog, adding later, "Kelly was there for me after my surgery and I want to be there for her.

At the end of the day, that's what really matters."

During their conversation, King Edmonds never asked why Kelly made the comment that Jimmy had cheated on her. Dodd revealed that she had heard the rumor, but she never spoke more about it. Meghan claimed she didn't believe it.

So, did Jimmy really cheat on Meghan King Edmonds?

It doesn't sound like there's any truth to the rumor. Perhaps he was spending time with a family friend and people assumed he was cheating. But with his work and a newborn daughter, it sounds like Meghan didn't think that he could cheat.
