Cher was honored by the hosts of CBS' "The Talk" on Tuesday, February 28 when they dressed up in some of her iconic outfits. Moderator Julie Chen said it is every girl's dream to be Cher for a day. Therefore, Julie, Sheryl Underwood, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne and Aisha Tyler all chose one of their favorite outfits that Cher has performed in. Not only did they wear the outfits, but they also wore wigs to match the ones Cher wore during her performances.

Outfits the ladies wore

Julie honored Cher by wearing the Bob Mackie outfit Cher wore to the Oscars in 1986.

Sheryl said she had to lose weight to fit into the skimpy outfit that was worn during the "Turn Back Time" video. Sara decided to wear pants from the 1960's Sonny and Cher era. That outfit seemed to fit Sara's personality much more than any of the other outfits. Aisha wore an outfit that the singer wore when she performed with the Jackson 5 in 1975. Sharon dressed like the singer as a snow queen during her "Farewell Tour" in 2002.

The 70-year-old singer and actress was the only guest on "The Talk" for the entire hour. The Grammy winner announced that she added 18 more dates to her "Classic Cher" which is a series of shows in cooperation with AEG Live. The legendary singer is performing a total of 30 concerts.

Her performances started on February 8, 2017 in the newly built Park Theater at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. She has shows coming up in March at the Theater at MGM National Harbor in the Washington, D.C. area.

The singer's reaction

Cher doesn't appear on many talk shows.

Being on "The Talk" was the only appearance she planned to make to talk abut her career over five decades. So, what did she think about seeing five ladies dressed like she used to dress?

The woman who was channeled thought seeing the hosts dressed up in her clothes was both fabulous and a little embarrassing. She said she remembered exactly where and when she wore those outfits. Not only that, but she remembered how she was feeling when she wore them. Admittedly, seeing the women dressed like she used to dress made her laugh as they did their best to honor her.
