Kim Richards claims to be in a good place as she and her co-stars prepare for the seventh season premiere of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" tomorrow night. On Friday, during a premiere party at the Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, Richards offered an update to Entertainment Tonight's Brice Sander.

Although Richards, who feuded heavily with co-star Lisa Rinna throughout seasons five and six of the Bravo reality show, didn't expect to get so entangled in the drama during past seasons, she told Sander she was happy to be back on the show -- and back in a good place with her younger sister, Kyle Richards.

"I'm in such a good place," Kim Richards told Sander. "You know, I'm so happy... I had fun with [Kyle Richards]. We're in an amazing place this year."

Kim Richards recently became a grandmother

In September, as she and her co-stars wrapped up filming on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season seven, Kim Richards became a grandparent for the first time when her daughter, Brooke Wiederhorn, gave birth to a baby boy, Hucksley. According to Richards, the milestone moment was one of the best things that has happened to her since the birth of her own four children.

Kim Richards is clean and sober

Throughout her time on Bravo, Richards' battle with substance abuse has been highly documented, and during season six of the show, one of her 2015 arrests was featured.

Now, however, Richards claims she's "100 percent" in a good place and her sister couldn't be happier. As Kyle explained to Entertainment Tonight, she would feel weird doing the show without her sister since they started off on the show together.

"We started it together and we were the first ones on the show, so it [would] just feel weird," Kyle said of doing the show without her sister.

She also added, "I don't think I could."

To see more of Kim Richards and her co-stars, including her sister Kyle, tune in to "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season seven premiere on Tuesday night, December 6, at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
