The complete list of live telecast judges and celebrity performers during the coronation night of Miss Universe 2017 has been announced. Among the performers include Fergie from The Black Eyed Peas and Rachel Platten, Entertainment Weekly reported.

Fergie is the female vocalist for The Black Eyed Peas, a hip-hop band that has dominated the music industry since they rose popularity in the early 2000s. Among her hits are included “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Glamorous,” “Fergalicious,” “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody,” and “Be Italian.”

Aside from her, FOX also announced that “Fight Song” hitmaker Rachel Platten is also set to grace the stage during the coronation night in Las Vegas.

She has just recently released her newest single “Broken Glass” from her album titled “Waves.”

Among her hits are “Stand By You,” “Better Place,” “Lone Ranger,” “Perfect For You,” and “Collide.” From the time President Donald Trump sold the ownership rights to Miss Universe to IMG and FOX, there have been various celebrities who have performed during the final night.

Some of these artists included Charlie Puth, The Band Perry, and Seal who performed during the 2015 edition. Furthermore, Boyz II Men and Flo Rida were featured during the pageant’s 2016 edition.

Telecast judges

The winner of the pageant will be determined partially by the judges during the live telecast aside from the fan votes. The live telecast and preliminary judges have also been announced.

Former titleholder Pia Wurtzbach, YouTube sensation Lele Pons, and TV personality Ross Matthews are some of the judges during the final event. Joining them are Miss Universe 1998 titleholder Wendy Fitzwilliam, TV host Jay Manuel and Fox Sports host Megan Olivi.

Meanwhile, IMG models scout Isabelle Lindblom, IDT Telecom president Bill Pereira, TAO restaurant group marketing director Morgan Deane, and Slay Models director Cecilio Asuncion will judge the preliminary competition.

Las Vegas

Over 90 candidates from various countries in the world flew to Las Vegas, Nevada to compete for the coveted title of Miss Universe 2017. This is the fourth time that the pageant has been held in the city since 2010.

Steve Harvey is returning as the main host for this year’s event. He became popular among beauty contest fans after he made a mistake announcing the wrong winner in the same stage back in 2015.

Joining him is plus-size supermodel Ashley Graham who will take charge of backstage commentary and interviews.

The show will be aired live on FOX from The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino on November 26. France’s Iris Mittenaere will crown the new winner.
