Apple's iPhone X will certainly create more competition among leading smartphone manufacturers when it's finally released. But, the new flagship smartphone of Apple would not be available until the end of this year, Inquisitr reported.

This is the first time when Apple will not be able to upgrade its users with the latest smartphone. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI Securities announced that because of production issues, iPhone X will be available from the following year, according to Digit.

Factors responsible for Apple's supercycle delay

Kuo said that iPhone X faced troubles in production due to its front-facing TrueDepth camera and a face ID technology.

He also mentioned two more reasons which caused a delay in the 2017 iPhone X's production. The first reason is that it will have longer sale period and secondly, its design and specification will give tough competition to other leading smartphone manufacturers, so developers are working to redesign and make it better, according to 9to5Mac. He also added that those problems should be removed in 2018.

Kuo said that Apple sold 210 million to 220 million phones in 2017 and will have 245 million to 255 million sales in 2018. In 2015, Apple made 231 million sales but dropped to 211 million sales in 2016, according to Forbes.

Kuo predicted that in next two to three years, 3D sensing will be the new feature in future smartphones, which is compatible with LCD screens.

Apple has also introduced a dynamic wallpaper in iPhone X which is known as Live Wallpaper in Android smartphones, but this feature is not available on iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus yet, according to the Leaker. People all over the world are excited to use the latest iPhone X, but they have to wait for some more months.

New trend set by iPhone X

Apple's TrueDepth camera and a Face ID technology made every phone company curious about its new and innovative technology. Earlier, iPhone X faced an issue with optical fingerprint recognition, so Apple decided to replace this technology with Facial Recognition and became the first company to implement 3 D sensing technology.

The model iPhone X consists of A11 Bionic processor and a 5.8-inch OLED edge-to-edge display or Super Retina Display. The new phone has set a trend with its 12 MP dual camera set up at the back and 12MP front-facing camera. It has wireless charging, animated emojis or Animojis, and Glass Metal design. It will cost around $999 for 64 GB and $1149 for 256 GB.
