Apple rolled out the beta 10 version of iOS 11 operating system ahead of its launch event on September 12. The latest beta version is expected to arrive with minor tweaks. The new beta version is also anticipated to fix the bugs found in 9th version.

The Cupertino based tech company released the iOS 11 beta 10 to developers, a few hours later, the company rolled out the new version to the public beta testers. The new update is a part of the company’s final effort to inspect in detail the latest features that will come with the iOS 11 operating system for Apple devices.

Developers have yet to figure out significant changes as well as the latest features in the new software update. However, the forum member of MacRumors, dreadlord, made it known that two user interface problems spotted in the previous iOS 11 beta versions can still be found in the latest version.

MacRumors reported that Apple launched the 10th version a week after the ninth version arrived, in which the company rolled out the ninth version with minor updates. Nonetheless, the previous version did fix several issues, such as the delay of opening an app and the Notifications problem.

Features of Apple’s new operating system

Meanwhile, the iOS 11 will be the company’s next major software update. The update brings new capabilities designed to improve Apple devices.

The operating system is anticipated to arrive with a new Lock screen, Siri’s improved voice, better Control Center, new Apple Pay features, enhanced Apple Maps and the Do Not Disturb While Driving feature.

Features of Do Not Disturb While Driving mode

The Do Not Disturb While Driving feature conceals notifications while the Apple device user is driving.

This mode utilizes a Wi-Fi or a Bluetooth to determine how quickly the user is moving. If the user tries to view their screen while moving, the user can only see a blank screen. The enhanced Apple Maps, on the other hand, can guide a user to major malls, airports, and other destinations, according to NEWS.COM.AU.

The Siri AI personal assistant will now have a natural voice.

The personal assistant can also translate English into French, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin or German. The operating system will also launch a new Dock on the iPad, which is designed for the improved Apple Pencil support, new Files app as well as enhanced App Switcher.

Aside from the iOS 11, Apple is also expected to release the new macOS and new tvOS during the September launch event.
