Earlier this month, Samsung announced the official unveiling date of its next-generation, flagship smartphone – the Galaxy Note 8 as 23Rd August. The device is expected to debut with the company’s classic S stylus pen at the event titled ‘Unpacked.’ Leaked renders regarding the upcoming device have now made it online, just a few weeks ahead of the launch. The leaked renders have revealed the possible design of the upcoming smartphone. Moreover, it has also been suggested that the smartphone might come packed with 6GB of RAM as well.

What leaks suggest?

The latest leak comes from the side of the prolific leaker, Evan Blass aka @evleaks from Venture Beat, who is known to reveal key specifications of leading smartphones just ahead of their launches. According to the leaked information provided by him, the Galaxy Note 8 smartphone is expected to pack a 6.3-inch QHD Infinity Display along with a pixel resolution of 1,440 x 2,960 and an aspect ratio of 18: 5: 9. The smartphone is further tipped to come along, powered by the company’s Exynos 8895 system-on-chip.

At the same time, there will be another variant that will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor as well. As mentioned previously, the major highlight of the smartphone will be the fact that it is going to come equipped with the company’s classic S stylus pen as well.

On the camera front, the smartphone is speculated to sport a dual rear camera setup with two 21-megapixels sensors tagged along with a f/1.7 aperture and Dual Pixel Auto Focus sensors as well as 2x optical zoom option.

Specs and features on the phablet

The smartphone has further been tipped to carry 6GB of RAM along with 64GB of internal storage.

The device will probably house a 3,300mAh battery and will run on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. Samsung is expected to deliver the latest Android O update soon enough. The device is expected to be among the priciest offerings made by Samsung till date.
