These devices were expected to debut anytime, however, an exact date was not mentioned by any sources or the company themselves. Just yesterday, the Chinese technology giant made its heavily-speculated-about Meizu Pro 7 and Pro 7 flagship smartphones official in its home market. On the basis of the information revealed, it is safe to assume that all the prevailing rumors regarding the smartphone were close to reality.

The latest Meizu smartphones are built out of metal and come packed with a premium design as well.

Meizu took the wraps off its Pro 7 and Pro 7 Plus smartphones just yesterday. The Meizu Pro 7 Plus smartphone is equipped with MediaTek’s Helio X30 64-bit deca-core CPU. On the storage front, both the leading smartphones come in two options. First, wherein the device offers 4GB of RAM coupled with 64GB of internal storage and second, wherein the device offers 6GB of RAM along with 128GB of internal storage. As far as the smartphone’s camera specifications are concerned, the device boasts of a dual rear camera system with two 12MP sensors along with a 16MP front shooter for selfie-lovers.

Smartphone will available in August

At the time of the announcement, Meizu said that the smartphones will be available for purchase in the Chinese markets, starting August 5. The company is expected to extend its sale in other markets as well, including France, Spain, Russia, Italy, and India over the coming months.

However, there hasn’t been any confirmation regarding the official release dates in those countries.
