The OLED iPhone will reportedly be available in four beautiful colors: silver, red, blue, and black.

Analyst Benjamin Gaskin took to his Twitter last night to reveal that the iPhone 8 would come in a number of colors and superb specifications. Notably, this statement appears to conflict with recent predictions from Ming-Chi Kuo who told Forbes that the iPhone 8 would be available in only one color. A separate report by 9to5mac reveals that the new iPhone device may include 3D face scanning technology instead of the Touch ID fingerprint sensors.

What to expect from it?

The iPhone 8 is set to be the biggest overhaul of Apple's handset in twenty years. As the tenth anniversary of this smartphone rolls around, I am expecting big changes in the new device. The most immediate change may be to the color: iPhone 8 is coming in four different colors. I feel that the device will perform far better than iPhone 7, X, Edition, and 7S Plus. All iPhone rumors give is a sense that Apple Inc. is overhauling its smartphone with a “premium” design.

With a cutting-edge design, the iPhone 8 will be smaller and thinner than the 4.8-inch iPhone 7. The display is rumored to be better plastic OLED than an LCD, letting Apple Inc. introduce a device that offers better color combinations.

The device will reportedly feature a 2.6D display that is similar to that of iPhone 6 and iPhone 7.

As far as the body is concerned, Mac Rumors suggest that Apple Inc.

has moved from the aluminum used in the previous smartphones (iPhone SE, 5, 6, and 7). It means the company will adopt a glass body that is similar to the body of iPhone 4. So, we are happy that at least one smartphone is set to release with a glass body.

Just like its predecessors, the iPhone 8 will be water resistant.

It will continue to hold up to splashes, rain, and submersion in water. Inside the handset, there will be two 12-nanometer A12 chips that will be far better than the chip of iPhone 7.

When will the device release?

2017 marks the 10th anniversary of iPhone and Apple has some exciting plans to celebrate the occasion. Forbes claims that the iPhone 8 will be released worldwide in September 2017. Apple Inc. is currently testing more than ten prototype iPhone models, so it’s clear that the company is going to launch its new flagship in coming months.

I am eagerly waiting for the iPhone 8. What are your plans in this regard? Do not forget to share the thoughts in the comment section below!
