In the aim of #LG Electronics Inc. to strengthen its pack in the #mobile device industry, recently surfaced reports claimed that the tech company plans to roll out its #LG V30 Android smartphone this August. LG’s upcoming handset will arrive with an OLED display, which could offer a seriously superb visual performance.

The V30 smartphone also has a second display

Like other LG V-series smartphones, the V30 smartphone will come along with a second display, one that slides out from under the device’s standard display to provide functions like contextual-buttons, a keyboard, and search results.

The LG V30 Android smartphone is said to be available with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor, paired with a 6GB of RAM.

Nonetheless, considering that the LG V30 Android smartphone will arrive in three storage options, the South Korean multinational electronics company may also roll out a 4GB variant as well. On the back, the device will have dual cameras.

The 3200mAh battery of the upcoming Android smartphone will be non-removable, just like the LG G6 smartphone, which breaks the long-standing feature of the tech company’s smartphones. Much like what LG did with the LG G6 smartphone, the tech giant’s decision to launch a non-removable battery seems to be the desire of LG to give the upcoming mobile device a bezel-less design.

But, the upside is that the LG V30 is said to come along with a new ESS quad DAC, an OLED display, as well as an IP68 water and dust resistance.

The upcoming smartphone running on Android O

In terms of software, LG’s highly anticipated mobile device is expected to be one of the first handsets in 2017 to run on Android O mobile operating system.

Notably, LG’s V20 smartphone was the first to run on Android 7.0 Nougat last year.

Meanwhile, aside from the device’s upgraded performance, the LG V30 Smartphone is said to be equipped with the V-Series-specific acoustic DNA. Reports are claiming that the upcoming LG handset will have a $700 price tag.

Furthermore, the upcoming flagship device will be daydream-ready when it launches, which means the LG V30 smartphone can take advantage of the top-end mobile virtual reality (VR) experience.

Also, if the upcoming LG mobile device goes on sale within a few weeks of its announcement, that would allow the smartphone to directly compete with Apple’s iPhone 8 and Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8. Although LG isn’t expected to beat out either of the two largest handset company in the world, LG still has a chance of increasing its sales.
