The internet is filled with rumors, schematic leaks, render leaks, and little titbits pertaining to Apple’s upcoming tenth anniversary smartphone iPhone 8. Most rumors state that Apple will release two more devices along with its tenth anniversary edition. Speculations are rife that Apple will launch iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus along with iPhone 8.
The iPhone 8 design and schematics have been subjected to several mock-ups. Apple fans and tech enthusiasts have a certain idea about the impeding smartphone’s looks and design. It is rumored that the tenth anniversary iPhone edition may sport an all-screen front with the Touch Id underneath the display glass.
In the latest leak, leakster Benjamin Geskin shared the pictures of a couple of rumored iPhone cases and claims that they have entered Mass Production. If this rumor bears fruition, it would mean that Apple has finalized the design and dimensions of the much-awaited smartphones. Prior to this leak, several more alleged case renders of the handset surfaced online. Nevertheless, it would be wise to take this rumor with a grain of salt.
iPhone 8 cases: what do they reveal
Geskin claims that Apple has started mass production of iPhone 8 cases. If one looks closely at the pictures uploaded by Geskin, they would be able to see the phone’s lock button on the left and the volume control and mute button on the right, similar to any existing iPhone design.
From the back, the render shows the presence of a vertically-aligned dual camera setup, but there is no opening for a fingerprint sensor.

Rumored specs and features
Apart from the ongoing debate about the placement of the Touch ID on the iPhone 8, rumors suggest that the upcoming Apple smartphone will feature wireless charging and may boast a 5.8-inch OLED full-screen display.
Speculations are rife that the smartphone will be the most expensive iPhone to date and may even cost upward of $1,000.
The steep pricing for the iPhone is being attributed to its supposed premium specs and features, such as the inclusion of an iris scanner, wireless charging, and a top-notch camera. It remains to be seen if the iPhone 8 will ultimately include these functionalities.
