"WWE 2K19" is set to be released worldwide on October 9, although those that purchase the deluxe edition will get to play four days early on October 5. The cover star of the game is A.J. Styles, and the deluxe edition will include playable characters Rey Mysterio and Ronda Rousey.

On Tuesday, Marc Middleton of Wrestling Inc. revealed all of the legends who will appear in the game. Some of the notable ones include Randy Savage, Steve Austin, Andre the Giant, and Bret Hart.

The "WWE 2K19" Twitter account has been revealing superstar ratings as the game will be available for all in about three and a half weeks.

These are the superstar ratings that have been announced thus far. Those that were in last year's game also have their "WWE 2K18" rating listed.

Men

  • A.J. Styles - 91 (Last year's rating: 90)
  • Braun Strowman - 89 (Last year's rating: 88)
  • Finn Balor - 85 (Last year's rating: 88)
  • Harper - 84 (Last year's rating: 82)
  • Matt Hardy - 84 (Last year's rating: 86)
  • Rusev - 84 (Last year's rating: 84)
  • Adam Cole - 81
  • Mustafa Ali - 81
  • Rowan - 80 (Last year's rating: 76)
  • Velveteen Dream - 80
  • Kyle O’Reilly - 79
  • Shelton Benjamin - 78
  • Bobby Fish - 77
  • Lince Dorado - 73
  • Angelo Dawkins - 72
  • Montez Ford - 72
  • Tony Nese - 70

It's no surprise that the highest-rated male superstar that has been announced thus far is the cover star of this year's iteration of the game -- A.J.

Styles. He has held the WWE Championship since early November of 2017, and will defend his title against Samoa Joe this Sunday at the “Hell in a Cell” pay-per-view.

It seems unlikely that he will be the highest-rated superstar once the game comes out, as wrestlers such as John Cena, Seth Rollins, Brock Lesnar, and Roman Reigns have not had their rating revealed yet.

In last year’s game, Cena was a 93, Rollins was a 92, Lesnar was a 93, and Reigns was a 95.

Women

  • Asuka - 84 (Last year's rating: 87)
  • Shayna Baszler - 81
  • Ruby Riott - 80 (Last year's rating: 77)
  • Kairi Sane - 79
  • Sonya Deville - 74
  • Liv Morgan - 71
  • Lana - 70
  • Sarah Logan - 70

While Asuka is the highest-rated female that has been announced, there is a fairly good chance she won't be once all the ratings are revealed.

Her character lost steam in recent months following her lengthy undefeated streak. Her overall rating dropped three points from last year’s game.

Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey will almost certainly have a higher rating, while others such as Becky Lynch and Alexa Bliss may as well. Both Flair and Bliss were rated 85 overall in last year’s game.
