The Week 4 NFL schedule will kick off tomorrow evening when the Minnesota Vikings take on the LA Rams from the LA Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, California. Just one week ago most experts were dubbing this battle as a possible NFC Championship preview, however, after the Vikings shocking home loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 3, many experts are back peddling from that just a bit. The Vikings are ready to show the critics that they are the real deal Thursday night, but they will have their work cut out for them.
Flawless Rams
Yes, it is just Week 4 of the season, but as the old NFL saying goes, when you only play 16 games, every game counts!
So far through the first three contests, it is hard to deny that the Rams are the best team in the NFL.
According to The Rams.com, the defense has been a huge part of Los Angeles’ early success in 2018. LA has given up just 36 points through the first three games, which is far and wide the best in the NFL. If they keep up this pace, they could flirt with ranking amongst the best defenses of all time. The Rams don’t want to hear about best ever phrases, they just want to focus on the Vikings.
LA will be without cornerback Aqib Talib and possibly Marcus Peters Thursday night. When you are facing a QB like Kirk Cousins, that isn’t good news. If the Rams shut down a highly loaded offensive team like Minnesota, it will only build on the already growing confidence that LA is destined to be in the Super Bowl next February.
Schedule, odds, picks
The Week 4 NFL schedule has several intriguing matchups including Detroit at Dallas, Miami at New England and Tampa Bay at Chicago. Unless the Buccaneers and Bears tie this Sunday, one of these two is going to be 3-1 on the season, and not many experts predicted that!
Last week the picks against the NFL spread finished 4-1 ATS.
It is time to do that once again!
