Team News
England has called up Sam Billings and James Vince, as there are concerns over the fitness of Jason Roy, who suffered a little finger injury during the previous game. If Roy fails the fitness test prior to the game, Vince or Billings will take up his place at the top of the order, as Dawid Malan has been released to play for the England Lions.
England is unlikely to make any more changes to their XI, given the performance of their side in the previous game.

According to Cricbuzz, India's assistant coach Sanjay Bangar reported said that pacer Bhuvaneshwar Kumar has a chance of making it to the XI for final ODI if he passes the fitness test which will be held before the match.
If he comes back into the side, Siddharth Kaul is the likely one to sit out after he went wicketless in both the match of this series. If not Bhuvi, India could also look at someone like Shardul Thakur as a replacement to Siddharth Kaul.

The pitch at Headingley has been known for producing good scores in the recent times.
It is likely to be the same on Tuesday but it might assist the spinner more than the one at Lord's.
The weather report until now seems to be all right on accuweather.com, though the sky will be pretty cloudy through the day with expected thunderstorms.
