The conferences have crowned their champions. The bracket has finally been released. The First Four games begin today. The 2018 Ncaa Tournament is finally underway. March Madness is upon us, but it's not too late to tweak your picks. Here are five upsets you should have going into the tournament.

Loyola-Chicago over Miami

The Ramblers are one of the best stories in this year's tournament.

It's their first trip to the big dance since 1985. Their coach, Porter Moser, has built the program from scratch, and he may be a hot candidate for a better school if the team makes a run. They will control the tempo on offense and their team defense is swarming and opportunistic. The fact that the Hurricanes are missing their best player, Bruce Brown, also gives the edge squarely to Loyola.

South Dakota State over Ohio State

This was a down year for the Big 10 as they had only four teams reach the tournament. Ohio State is definitely the weakest of the weak. The Buckeyes will have a problem containing the Jackrabbits' leading scorer, Mike Daum, an NBA prospect who is averaging 23.8 points per game.

South Dakota State also shoots it well from outside as a team, so the Buckeyes could have a hard time keeping up.

Texas over Nevada

Although Texas is a 10 seed, they have played much better competition in the Big 12 compared to the teams Nevada has played in the Mountain West. The Wolf Pack are also a very small team. Longhorns big man Mohamed Bamba shouldn't have a problem dominating inside.

Davidson over Kentucky

In this battle between two teams called the Wildcats, the lesser-known Davidson team has a clear path to victory. While they might not be as athletically gifted as the team from Kentucky, Davidson is an elite shooting team. John Calipari's team may be able to run and crash the boards, but as long as Stephen Curry's alma mater makes tons of jumpers, they will pull off the upset.

New Mexico State over Clemson

The Aggies play tough dense, but so do the Clemson Tigers. What will separate the teams in an affair that is sure to be low scoring, is the fact that New Mexico State gets timely turnovers. It will come down to the wire, but a late turnover will seal the victory for the Aggies.

So who do you like in the tournament this year? Will Cinderella dance, or will the top seeds reign supreme? Who is your upset pick? The time is drawing near, and soon the ball will be tossed up in the air. March Madness is finally here.
