With some Fantasy Football regular seasons coming to an end this Week, many owners will look to the waiver wire to pick up players who may be able to help them in their postseason. Finding the right player(s) can be key because seemingly every week there are guys on the free agent list who could have helped many fantasy teams win.

To be eligible to make this weekly list of fantasy football stars who were likely unowned, the player must have been owned in less than 25 percent of ESPN fantasy football leagues entering their game.

As always, one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, and one tight end earn spots on the list.

Quarterback

Blake Bortles, Jaguars

Week 13 stats: 309 passing yards, 2 passing touchdowns, 21 rushing yards, 1 2-pt conversion

Bortles has been a much-scrutinized quarterback for the past few seasons but put together a strong performance Sunday (albeit against a bad Colts team). He finished with just his second 300+ yard passing game and his second multi-touchdown pass game of the year.

Running backs

Peyton Barber, Buccaneers

Week 13 stats: 102 rushing yards, 4 receptions, 41 receiving yards

Barber makes the list for the second straight week but had a completely different game in Week 13.

Last week, he scored two rushing touchdowns in relief of Doug Martin (concussion) but had only seven rushing yards. The 102 rushing and 41 receiving yards he accumulated are both career-highs for the second-year back.

Mike Davis, Seahawks

Week 13 stats: 64 rushing yards, 4 receptions, 37 receiving yards

Davis has spent much of the season on the practice squad and Week 11 was his first action of the year. He missed last week due to a groin injury but Seattle has been looking for a steady running back all season, and Davis provided it on Sunday night. He clearly was the team's lead back as he was given 16 carries in their win over the Eagles.

Wide receivers

Ryan Grant, Redskins

Week 13 stats: 5 receptions, 76 receiving yards, 1 receiving touchdown

Afher recording 61 receiving yards in Week 1, Grant had no more than 59 in any of his next 10 games.

He had just one catch for three yards in Week 12 against the Giants. Five receptions tie a career-high for the fourth-year receiver while 79 receiving yards are a new career-best.

Marquise Goodwin, 49ers

Week 13 stats: 8 receptions, 99 receiving yards

Goodwin actually averaged 76.3 yards receiving in his three previous games, but fantasy owners weren’t jumping to add him as he only had seven catches in those three outings. His eight receptions in Week 13 gives him a new career-high as his most previously was six in his rookie year with the Bills in 2013.

Tight end

Stephen Anderson, Texans

Week 13 stats: 5 receptions, 79 receiving yards, 1 receiving touchdown

Anderson entered Sunday’s game with just 17 receptions for 243 yards and no touchdowns. Tom Savage looked his way often as he was targeted 12 times, and it resulted in a career day for the second-year tight end.
