Arsenal will host twenty-time Premier League winners, Manchester United, at Emirates Stadium on December 2. The neck and neck fixture will be played in round 15. United has only lost two games this season and dropped two points in a draw against Liverpool.

Arsenal has dropped fourteen points this season already. They have dropped points in four defeats and in a draw. Their last defeat came at Etihad Stadium against the league leaders, Manchester City.

Hosting team boss, Arsene Wenger, has faced United’s boss, Jose Mourinho, several times in the Premier League.

The match will be full of emotional heat due to a long-time rivalry between the teams.

What to expect

Undoubtedly, the match will be action-packed. Many star players will appear on both sides. Manchester United’s star players, Paul Pogba, Martial, Ashley Young, and Rojo are expected to be featured against Arsenal.

Arsene Wenger is also likely to put some star players into the playing-11, like Ozil, Sanchez, and Giroud. However, new signings for both teams, Matic for Man United and Lacazette for Arsenal are likely to be sidelined due to minor injuries.

Both teams will do whatever they can to snatch three crucial points from each other. Arsenal’s ship has almost sailed for this season as they are twelve-points behind already from the league leaders.

For Manchester United, except Marouane Fellaini, Nemanja Matic, Phil Jones, and Eric Bailly, every player should be fit to play. However, Jose Mourinho can make few tweaks in the playing-11 as he did in the 2-4 win over Watford.

Manchester United's eleven are; De Gea, Valencia, Lindelof, Smalling, Rojo, Young, Herrera, Pogba, Rashford, Martial, and Lukaku.

Arsene Wenger is unlikely to make any changes except injured player, Lacazette. Giroud is the best available option to replace the injured player.
