With Eric Bledsoe being sent home before the game, Mike James earned himself his first ever career start. He shot 80 percent from the field and 50 percent from the three-point line.

James will probably have the starting point guard position locked in for the season if he can continue to play consistently well.

Eric Bledsoe will no longer play for the Suns

Chris Haynes and Adrian Wojnarowski of NBA ESPN has reported that Eric Bledsoe will no longer be with the Phoenix Suns moving forward.

Phoenix Suns general manager Ryan McDonough told reporters that they are now currently taking calls for Eric Bledsoe. He also added that Jay Triano will be the head coach of the Suns for the remainder of the season.

McDonough called up Bledsoe after his controversial tweet and Bledsoe simply said that He does not want to be there anymore and that he is in the hair salon with his girlfriend.

Bledsoe then talked with interim head coach Triano early morning before the Sacramento Kings game and he was then sent home after the discussion. Bledsoe has averaged 15.7 points, 2.3 rebounds, three assists, 1.3 steals, and 0.7 blocks in three games for the Suns this season. Phoenix Suns fans have probably seen the last of Eric Bledsoe wearing a Suns uniform.
