Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Denver Nuggets with the score 96-86 on October 10, 2017, at the Pepsi Center in Denver. Russell Westbrook, Paul George, and Carmelo Anthony played huge minutes the other night, and they showcased how deadly they can be this upcoming NBA season.

Jokic looking like an all-star

Despite the loss, Nikola Jokic still played a solid all-around game the other night against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

He contributed 12 points, 11 rebounds, and three assists. He only shot 31.3 percent from the field, zero percent from three-point line, and 50 percent from the Free Throw Line. Nikola Jokic has been nothing less but spectacular in his preseason games. If he can continue to play like this once the season begins, he may find himself part of the all-star conversation this upcoming NBA season.

Will Barton showcases offensive skills

Will Barton led the Denver Nuggets in scoring last night against the Oklahoma City Thunder. He contributed 26 points, five rebounds, three assists, three steals, and one block in 30 minutes of gameplay. He went 9-18 from the field, 4-6 from beyond the arc, and 4-5 from the charity stripe.

The Denver Nuggets have played really well this preseason, and if they can continue to play well, they might find themselves a playoff spot for the next postseason.

Paul George does a bit of everything

Paul George had an incredible all-around game for the Oklahoma City Thunder the other night against the Denver Nuggets. He contributed 19 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, five steals, and one block in 35 minutes of gameplay.

He shot 36.8 percent from the field, 55.6 percent from the three-point line, and 0 percent from the free throw line. If Paul George can continue to impact both ends of the floor for the Thunder this upcoming season, the Oklahoma CIty Thunder will be a very scary team to go up against.

Carmelo grabs nine rebounds

Paul George recorded a double-double the other night against the Denver Nuggets, while Carmelo was one rebound short to record a double-double of his own.

He contributed 16 points, nine rebounds, and one assist in 23 minutes of gameplay. He went 7-17 from the field and 2-6 from beyond the arc, it was very rare to see Carmelo not having any free throw attempts the other night. The new big three of the Oklahoma City Thunder seems to be playing really well together, OKC fans can only hope that they can continue to play well.
