After another weekend of football action, NFL analyst Elliot Harrison released the week 4 Power Rankings for the National Football League. This list contains the teams from the 8th spot down to the 15th spot in the power rankings.

There were a lot of surprise games and results that resulted in major changes in the NFL power rankings.

8. Oakland Raiders (2-1)

  • The Oakland Raiders lost to the Washington Redskins. Linebacker Cory James was among the defensive leaders for the past week, as he had a total of twelve tackles and one forced fumble. The Raiders moved down six spots from last week's power rankings.

9. Minnesota Vikings (2-1)

  • Vikings' wide receiver Stefon Diggs led the NFL in receiving during week three of the 2017 NFL regular season with 8 receptions for 173 yards and two touchdowns. The Minnesota Vikings were led by quarterback Case Keenum, who threw three touchdowns and completed 25 out of 33 passes for 369 yards. The Vikings were able move up eight spots in the power rankings.

10. Green Bay Packers (2-1)

  • The Green Bay Packers moved down three spots from last week's NFL power rankings after winning against the Cincinnati Bengals. Safety Josh Jones led the Packers defensively with twelve totals tackles and two sacks.

11. Denver Broncos (2-1)

  • The Denver Broncos lost to the Buffalo Bills 26-16. Broncos' quarterback Trevor Siemian threw two interceptions and only completed 24 out of 40 passes. The Broncos moved down five spots from last weeks

12. Dallas Cowboys (2-1)

13. Pittsburgh Steelers (2-1)

  • The Pittsburgh Steelers moved down thirteen spots from last week's NFL power rankings after losing to the Chicago Bears 23-17 in overtime. Steelers' quarterback Ben Roethlisberger completed 22 out of 39 passes and threw one touchdown. The Pittsburgh Steelers were able to remain on top of the AFC North.

14. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-1)

  • The Jacksonville Jaguars moved up eight spots after almost shutting out the Baltimore Ravens. Jaguars' quarterback Blake Bortles led the Jacksonville by throwing four touchdowns and completing 20 out of 31 passes.

15. Buffalo Bills (2-1)

  • The Buffalo Bills defeated the Denver Broncos 26-16. Tyrod Taylor threw two touchdowns and completed 20 out of 26 passes. The Buffalo Bills moved up eleven spots from last week's power rankings.
