Golden State Warriors superstar small forward, Kevin Durant and Cleveland Cavaliers superstar small forward, LeBron James have a lot in common with each other. They have played alongside each other for Team USA, and have been rivals on opposing teams in the NBA. From the All-Star game to the NBA Finals, they have had their battles in the past.

The LeBron James led Miami Heat defeated the Kevin Durant led Oklahoma City Thunder in the 2012 NBA Finals in five games with all star teammates Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh by his side. But Durant eventually got his revenge in the 2017 NBA Finals, defeating the LeBron-led Cleveland Cavaliers with superstar teammates Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green by his side.

This has established an infamous rivalry between the two Team USA gold medalists. Although they have their tensions on the court, they are nothing but friends and brothers off the court. Kevin recently spoke up on where he believes LeBron James will end his career.

Kevin speaks up about King James' future

There has been a lot of rumors sparkling recently about the future of LeBron James, and the team he will continue his career, and Mr. Durant has given his opinion on the situation and spoken it to the public. Kevin Durant states:

"I feel likes he's going to end it in Cleveland... he runs it, and he gonna turn it into something mega when he's done."

Although they are enemies on the court, both KD and LBJ are great friends and discuss a lot of basketball related things when they meet up.

So Durant may have some inside knowledge into LeBron's future decisions. Although, many people don't believe LeBron even knows where he is going to end his career.

Doesn't mean he won't change teams next year

Although Kevin Durant states that the King will end his career in The Land, that doesn't take away the notion of LeBron James joining a new team in 2018.

He might possibly come back to Northeast Ohio in his final season, after spending a few years with another team. A lot of people believe LeBron James will soon team up with close friends Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony and Chris Paul, striving to win a championship together before their careers are over. This is still a possibility, and many have speculated on the team's that they may team up on, those being Los Angeles, New York, Houston, Cleveland or Miami.

Either way, right now, nobody knows where the King will end his career. He's got many great years still ahead, and as he always states, he will live in the moment and take it day by day. What we do know is, that wherever he goes, it will be fun to watch.
