The Fantasy Football season is in full swing, and that means fantasy owners have to make decisions about who to play at every single turn. In the last article, we took a look at ten players that shouldn't be started in fantasy leagues for Week 2. This article will analyze which players should definitely be starting for your fantasy teams in the second week of the season.

1. QB Jay Cutler

Wait, really? Yes, I did just recommend Jay Cutler as a legitimate starting quarterback in week 2. The Dolphins are rested and the Chargers were just smoked by Trevor Siemian, who went off for 21 fantasy points. That makes Cutler a worthy start in the second week of the year.

2. QB Blake Bortles

I don't care how good Leonard Fournette is, because it won't matter against one of the league's best run defenses. Bortles will be forced to pass, which might result in some turnovers, but should also result in some fantasy points. He's not a home run start, but if you're in a pinch, Bortles is a good spot start.

3. RB Tarik Cohen

Cohen was excellent for the Bears in week 1, producing 16 fantasy points with a limited number of touches. Now that the Bears have seen him in action, they're going to do everything they can to get him the ball, especially with Kevin White out. Start Cohen with confidence in week 2.

4. RB DeMarco Murray

It's tempting to think that the magic of the Titans run game has dissipated, but it's far too early to give up on it. The Titans were forced to turn to the air against the Raiders, something that shouldn't happen against the Jaguars. Don't be hesitant to start the Titans lead back in week 2, even after he scored just five fantasy points in week 1.

5. WR Cooper Kupp

Even with Watkins on the roster, Kupp appears to be Jared Goff's favorite target.

He went for 76 yards and a touchdown in a blowout, and has plenty of upside against a Redskins defense that will likely have Josh Norman focusing on Sammy Watkins.

6. WR Tyrell Williams

The Chargers wide receivers should have plenty of opportunities to score fantasy points against a Miami Dolphins defense that always seems to allow opposing wide receivers to put up big numbers. Start Williams and consider Travis Benjamin a fringe flex play against the Dolphins.

7. TE Coby Fleener

The Saints tight end actually looked like the player so many thought he would be last year in week 1 against the Vikings. Drew Brees will be forced to go to the air often against a Patriots team that is going to put up a lot of points, which will give Fleener plenty of chances for fantasy points.

8. TE Greg Olsen

Olsen might have been a flop in week 1, scoring only one fantasy point, but in week 2, he'll be much better. The Bills don't do well against big and athletic tight ends, which means Olsen should have a field day against the Bills defense.

9. Raiders D/ST

The Raiders don't have a great fantasy defense, but they get to play perhaps the worst NFL offense of all time in the New York Jets. That makes the Raiders one of the best streaming options for week 2 of fantasy football.

10. Steelers D/ST

The Saints defense made Sam Bradford look like the next coming of Sam Bradford, but the Steelers aren't a pushover. The Vikings will meet a much tougher test this time, and the Steelers defense will force the Vikings into some mistakes.
