Manchester United started off their new Premier League season with a 4-0 mega win against a strong side team West Ham United. Manchester United fans were in doubt before the onset of the season that United could still need one or two more signing to challenge other title contenders with the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City.

After their first win and topping the Barclays Premier League table, United fans are sure that it won't be a big problem if United boss doesn't go for another signing this transfer window. After all this, United veterans are still in doubt and thinks Jose Mourinho should go for another signing to strengthen their title hopes.

Which position is vulnerable for United?

Manchester United now has best goal keeper, defenders, midfielders, and strikers. So which particular position could expose United? Manchester United are participants in four different leagues this season. So squad depth is Important for a team like that. Any vulnerability can expose a team in every league. Following positions could be a vulnerability in Manchester United squad:

'Right Back' position

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has Antonio Valencia as his first choice for the right back position. Antonio Valencia is 32 years old and a good choice but unfortunately, if he gets injured then there's no best option to replace him. Due to aging, it could lead to a long term injury.

Few defenders can replace him but it won't be their natural position to play and could make a leaky defense.

'Left Back' position

Jose Mourinho has Daley Blind and Matteo Darmian as the first choice for this position, but last season both players didn't show up to mark play. However, Daley Blind is now showing the promising game but still not reliable, so Matteo Darmian.

Manchester United has another good option as Luke Shaw but he's an injury prone player, and according to Jose, he still needs so much to learn.

'Right Wing' position

According to Gary Neville, United still need a player how can play wide positions and can take the ball to attack as quickly as possible during counter-attacks.

And Neville suggested Arjen Robben for that job. He said "Marcus Rashford can play in that position but can he play wide? Not really." So former United skipper thinks Manchester United should go for this signing.

And according to former star United defender Rio Ferdinand, United should've gone for former Barcelona player Neymar Jr. who has now joined PSG for a world record fee. He also insisted that United shouldn't lose hopes in Gareth Bale chase as he could still join Manchester United. He thinks if Gareth Bale joins Manchester United then no one can stop Red Devils to lift the 2017/18 premier league trophy.

Is this summer transfer window has been good for United?

Considering all other positions United squad are in good shape.

Manchester United has good enough team to challenge the Champions League teams. There are still almost about two weeks left before on going summer transfer window closes. Jose Mourinho still has time to think again about the players he wants to strengthen his squad.

So far United's business looks good in this transfer window as Jose Mourinho has signed a player he wanted. Still, he wanted another player Ivan Peresic from AS Milan, but it now looks almost over as AC Milan thinks United didn't pay enough money to match his player's value. Now Ivan Peresic is about to sign a new deal with AC Milan.
