There's WNBA action on the schedule for Tuesday morning as the Atlanta Dream will host the San Antonio Stars. Atlanta will look to halt their recent two-game Losing Streak. In terms of losing, San Antonio will also try to bounce back from their recent loss, as the team won two of their last five games this season before dropping Sunday's game at Connecticut by 14 points. The Atlanta Dream will be happy to be back home as they've gone 3-7 on the road this WNBA season.
They recently dropped road games to the Seattle Storm and Phoenix Mercury. At 8-10 overall and 5-3 at home, the team is still in the conversation for one of the top eight spots in the WNBA, as they battle with the likes of New York, Seattle, and Indiana. Dream coach Michael Cooper indicated that his team has a goal "to get back to .500 after this week," which will start with a win on Monday.
They'll have a good chance against a San Antonio Stars team that is 2-17 overall and just 1-9 on the road. The Stars fell to the Sun on Sunday, 89-75. Connecticut went on a 33-10 scoring tear in just the third quarter to take control of things. A bright spot amongst the Stars' roster has been Tiffany Hayes, as the team's leading scorer has also been named a WNBA All-Star starter.
She'll look to get things going on Tuesday and hope that she and her teammates can push for that third win of the season.

Atlanta is 6-4 against San Antonio in their head-to-head meetings with their last matchup on May 31st resulting in a 77-70 win by the Dream.
