EPL champions Chelsea have been offered Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for $84m after being muscled out of their move for Romelu Lukaku by Manchester United. Meanwhile, Manchester United have approached PSG defender Serge Aurier over a potential move to Old Trafford this summer, while Moussa Sissoko would prefer to stay in the EPL if he is forced to leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer, and Manchester City have agreed a $64.7million fee with Tottenham Hotspur to sign Kyle Walker. Here's a complete report of the latest transfer updates Making The Rounds:

Chelsea enters race to sign Aubameyang

German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund are ready to “sanction” the deal for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, despite the Gabonese striker's 120 goals in 189 league appearances for the German club according to Metro.

Chelsea is now “smarting” after their top transfer target Romelu Lukaku opted to join fellow EPL side Manchester United on Monday and Diego Costa is “edging” towards a switch back to Spain this summer. Alvaro Morata is also on Chelsea's radar with a formal bid of $80million being lined up for the Real Madrid striker. Real Madrid want to raise funds to land AS Monaco wonder kid Kylian Mbappe this summer with the sale of Alvaro Morata after having already “offloaded” James Rodriguez to Bundesliga side Bayern Munich on Wednesday.

PSG ready to offload Serge Aurier to Manchester United

Serge Aurier is being “tipped” to become Manchester United third summer transfer signing after Romelu Lukaku and Victor Lindelof finalized moves earlier in the summer window.

According to the Sun, Manchester United have been in contact with Serge Aurier's agent in an effort to lure the Ivorian to the EPL this summer. However, city arch rivals Manchester City are also said to be admirers of the 24-year-old defender, while interest “stems” from around Europe in the shape of Barcelona, Juventus and AC Milan.

Paris Saint-Germain are willing to let the Ivory Coast international leave for around $28.4m but his “extortionate” wage demands could yet prove to be a “stumbling block.” Serge Aurier currently has two-years left on his current contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

Sissoko wants to play in the EPL

Moussa Sissoko joined Tottenham Hotspur last year from Newcastle United for $38.7million but “flopped” during his maiden season at the White Hart Lane.

Speculations are now increasingly growing that Spurs are now willing to show the France international the exit door and club sides in France are said to be interested in his service. Olympique Marseille are “particularly” keen on the 27-year-old midfielder, and they can offer him regular playing time ahead of next year's FIFA World Cup. However, according to Inside Futbol, Moussa Sissoko would still prefer to join an EPL club if he is being forced to leave Spurs this summer window.

Kyle Walker agrees on Man City deal

Kyle Walker is expected to cost $58.2million, with $6.47million in add ons and will move to Manchester City this week to undergo his medical, according to the Guardian. Manchester City have been linked with the 27-year-old right back all summer and, having missed out on Dani Alves, moved quickly to agree on a deal for England and Tottenham defender.

It'll not come as a “shock” to Spurs fans, who've been preparing for the England international exit this summer, but it means they lose one of the best defenders in Europe at the moment. Kyle Walker joined Tottenham in 2009 and has played 198 EPL matches for the white north London club.
